ZEME CEO Antonis Antoniadis attended DECENTRALIZED 2017, the first major conference in Europe on blockchain technology, which was held in Limassol on 2-3 November 2017.

The conference, organized by the University of Nicosia, focused on the business and political implications of blockchain technologies, across several key industries, including shipping/supply chain, financial services, government, accounting/auditing and legal and governance, along with analysis of the long-term implications of blockchain, artificial intelligence and decentralized autonomous organizations.

DECENTRALIZED 2017 brought together some of the world’s leading executives and academic experts – who came from as far as Japan, USA, South America, Africa etc. – to discuss the current trends and future developments on blockchain technology.

ZEME has a keen interest in all developments in relation to this technology as it intends to fully utilize ground-breaking Blockchain Technology in the areas of Quality Management Control and Sales, Payment and Settlement.
